Condolences
I have many memories of Bill when he was a kid and when he pledged my late husband’s fraternity. So sorry that he suffered so much.
We are sending love and prayers to you Lynn and his family. We met Bill 15 years ago when we bought our cottage next to him. We loved our visits with him ,he was a good neighbor and 🧡 friend. We were so happy when he married Lynn and they settled down in KDH living the obx life ,the place he loved. We are going to miss 😢 you dear friend 🧡
This was always one of my favorite photos of Bill. I am heartbroken about Bill’s passing. There are so many memories about growing up in Gardenville as children and then moving on to our lives as adults. I’m so sorry we did not have time to create more memories. I am sorry that he suffered so much. I miss my “younger brother Bill”. Love, “older sister Col”.
Worked for a decade with Bill At at the Comptrollers Office He will be missed. Condolences to his wife, family and friends.
I worked with Bill his entire career at the Comptroller's Office. Bill was my supervisor for a while until he transferred to the Baltimore Office, then I became his supervisor. I learned a lot from Bill which later helped me in my career. Unfortunately I knew what Bill was going through as I was diagnosed with the same cancer in 2024. My deepest sympathy to Lynn and the rest of his family. Gary
