Vickie Lynn Liverman

Colington – Vickie Lynn Liverman, 64 of Colington, North Carolina was called home to heaven to be with her Lord on Friday, November 24th, 2017.
Vickie went to the golden gates of heaven to join her father, Sam L. Liverman; her mother Rose B. Liverman; along with her dear brother, Douglas R. Liverman.
Vickie was a kind and beautiful person and never met a stranger. She loved everyone, and a helping hand she always had. She was always devoted to her family. If asked what her greatest achievements were, she would respond, “my daughters are my everything and there’s nothing compared to being a “Memaw”.
Vickie is survived by her two daughters Theresa Lynn Moore and Shonna Nicole Crain and husband Erin “Bud” Ricketts. Four grandchildren; Jeremy B. Gilley, Brandon E. Crain, Rebecca R. Ricketts and Erin C. Ricketts. Also surviving a brother Sam L. Liverman and wife Virginia Liverman; two sisters Connie D. Liverman and Penny Chumley and husband Chuck Chumley. She has two nieces Tammy Bridges and Diana R. Chumley and two nephews; Sammy Liverman and wife Merry Ann and Kyle R. Chumley.
A memorial service will be held at Colington United Methodist Church Saturday December 2, 2017 at 1 PM. Pastor Teresa Holloway will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations in Vickie’s memory may be made to help support The Liver Foundation at liverfoundation.org As a family, we are all sadden by her loss, but we know that one day we will all be together again.
