Kill Devil Hills – Theresa Joan Monaco, 86, passed away on August 9, 2021 at Spring Arbor in Kills Devil Hills. She is survived by her two children and their families; Christine T. Monaco (Daniel Waters) of Point Harbor, NC and Nicholas J. Monaco (Britta) of Gaithersburg, MD.
