Teresa “Terry” Pope

Colington Harbor- On May 22, 2014 Teresa “Terry” Pope passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was 50. Teresa was a well known manager for a local home improvement store for may years. In her spare time Teresa loved fishing, crabbing and her dogs, CoCo, BoBo, and Jo Jo. Terry was predeceased by her parents Andrew Pope and Anita Pope.

Surviving Terry are two brothers Joe Pope (Helen) and George Pope (Claire) all of Baltimore; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends including Gene “Bubba” of Colington.

A funeral mass will be held Sunday June 1, 2014 at 6 O’clock in the evening at the Gallop Funeral Services chapel MP 16 in Nags Head. In lieu of flowers the family gratefully suggests that memorial donations in Terry’s name be made to the American Cancer Society.
