Steven William Armstrong

East Lake – Steven William Armstrong, of East Lake, NC, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Peak Resources with his wife Carol by his side comforting him.

Other than his wife, he is survived by two brothers James and Mark Armstrong, Five sisters Sue Smith, Martha, Cathy Clark, Barbara Friex, Ann Sullivan, and a host of nephews and nieces.

A celebration of life will be held at Gallop Funeral Services in Nags Head, NC at 2:00 pm on Sunday March 26, 2017.  A scattering of the ashes ceremony  will follow at The Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge on River Road, East Lake, NC.
