Stella Roberts McHorney

Currituck – Stella Roberts McHorney, 83, passed away on May 25, 2023. Stella was born and raised in Coinjock to the late Oscar and Eva Roberts. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward McHorney and her siblings, Oscar Roberts, Kenneth Roberts, and Jean Roberts Heath.

Stella is survived by her sister, Audrey Forbes; special caregiver, Stella Bateman; and many other extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be at Hampton Cemetery in Waterlily at 2pm, Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Please share condolences with the family at gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
