  1. Rich and I were close friends in Salisbury and through college life, and after college; I visited him in Vermont and North Carolina. He played a big role in my life and will forever. RIP Rich.

  2. Richard is my 1st cousin and I must say always a kind and wonderful person to me. I have lots of fun memories. He had a laugh that filled the room. I loved our visits as we grew older and spent many times together at the Outer Banks. Rest your soul Richard and embrace being with Bert and Joe again. Sending lots of love ❤️❤️

  3. My personal and heart felt sympathy and condolences to Leah and her family at Richard’s passing. Leah did a masterful job at seeing Richard’s final wishes fulfilled. Richard and I shared many experiences and
life moments over the years. I will miss our weekly conversations. His passing leaves a void in my life that can never be filled. He coined my nickname “CB” ( Cousin Bruce) decades ago. Rest In Peace Richard. CB

  4. He was a friend of my dad’s (Bill Belleville) . I feel like he and my dad are hanging out together again.
    Love to his family..
