Kitty Hawk- Richard Cappe “Dick” Black died peacefully in his home on the Outer Banks on Sunday, February 7, 2016.
Born in Pittsburgh in 1945 to Frank and Bess Black, Dick spent the majority of his life in Indiana, PA, working at S&T Bank for over forty years and enjoying golf in his spare time.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; their children Rick, Katherine, Matthew (fiancee Ashley), and David (wife Diana); a niece, and several nephews. His family is remembering him privately.

I was so sorry to hear about Dick’s death. He was a great person, and I know he is greatly missed. He died the same year as my son passed on. So they are both up in heaven together. My mom and Dad and older brother are all there as well. One day soon, I hope to be there with my son snd family again. And see Dick again. Please take care.
