Randolph Vaden Tolley

Manteo- Randolph Vaden Tolley, 73, passed away of natural causes Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in Chesapeake, VA.  “Randy” as he was best known retired after many years of hard work at the Wanchese Seafood Industrial Park.

Randy’s survivors include his loving wife, Susan Tolley of the Manteo residence; four sons, Warren Cressel , and Alex Cressel both of Manteo, Sean Bamman of Richmond, VA and Jeremy Morton also of Manteo; his sister, Theresa Tolley of Florida, his brother, Larry Tolley of North Carolina; several grandchildren; and a host of in-laws, extended family members, and friends.

The family will honor Randy’s wishes for cremation and will be scattering Randy’s ashes at Jeanettes pier on May 28, 2019 at 4pm.
