Condolences
So sorry to hear of the passing of my dear Navy friend. Pat and I served together at HRMC (Human Resource Management Center) Norfolk, VA from 1972-1975. Pat and I an other Naval personal were part of the, then, ground breaking program to help Naval personnel and their families adjust to living in different cultures as the created additional naval bases in host national countries. Pat was instrumental is encouraging my very early interest in photography which years later blossomed into a craft/art leading me to becoming a professional photographer and owning my own photographic studio. Pat was my mentor, my friend, and an important leader helping me develop the skills necessary to perform our jobs at the HRMC. Bobbie, if you read this please feel free to contact me at the email address provided. It would warm my heart to talk to you after all these many years............. Dwight (EN1 Dwight Bell USN)
