Opal A. Trent

Jarvisburg – Opal A. Trent originally of Gainesboro, TN passed away peacefully at her home April 14, 2018. Her children were by her side. Opal was 83 and was predeceased by one son, Timothy Ray Taylor.

Survivors include her four children Robert Taylor of Jarvisburg, NC, Wade Taylor of Virginia Beach, VA; Charlotte Belangia (Donnie) of Point Harbor, and Crystal Sowers (Marcus) also of Jarvisburg; three brothers; one sister, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and extended family members.

The family gratefully suggests that memorial donations in Opal’s memory be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
