Nina A. Kandalova

Nina Anatolyevna Kandalova, 68, died August 23, 2023 at her Kill Devil Hills, NC home of natural causes. She leaves behind several relatives in the US and back home in her native country, Russia. Her daughters Maria (of Kill Devil Hills) and Elena (of Russia) will honor their mother’s directives for cremation with a small private memorial to be held in the near future.
