I am so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. I worked for and with her for many years when her sons were younger. I am praying for the Harrell and Lamb families, as well as everyone who will feel this great loss.

To know Louise, is to understand the true size of her heart. What surpassed her dedication for hard work and success... I’m so sorry for your loss. I have know her since I was a child. My aunt Janet was her bookkeeper for years. My daughter worked for her as well. My husband had a producer stand at the restaurant.I loved seeing her face and talking with her at her Southland restaurant.I will miss our conversations about our families. Louise. Margaret and I go way back! Started back in the late 6os! Her family.and mine were close my 2 kids and her 2 boys . She left our employee and started at Southland. Which we visited so much over the yrs just to get those good BBQ SANDWICHES. REST IN PEACE MARGARET U HAVE DONE R SHARE OF WORKING HERE ON HERE .GOD KNEW R BODY WAS TIRED. LOVE YOU.

Louise was such a wonderful person, whom I inspire to be like. She was always so generous, loving, friendly and kind, and concerned for others. Until the last few years, we would drive up to Southland on Friday or Saturday to chat and eat dinner with Louise, Eddie, and Charlie and play some slots with them. She would always brag about her children. We hadn’t been down in a while since Gary has had some health problems. Oh how I wish I could visit and chat with Louise one more time. We love you still. My heartfelt condolences to Louise’s family. My mom Katy dearly loved her Wheezy and so did we! Now they are together having a great time in heaven. It is ironic that they both died about the same age of close to the same cause. They were kindred spirits full of love and gratitude. I will miss my beautiful 2nd momma Louise.

I knew Louise thru my loving cousin Kate Mills who shared a friendship, a sister ship as if a truely loving sister. The warmth these two women shared is something special that most people pray to have & keep! I felt immediate kindness when I first met this special women…Louise was a very special soul who touch my life because of knowing & loving my cousin & will be forever grateful to have shared a small segment of her huge presence!!! Louise’s love, Kindness, giveingness, laughter, sense of self will forever live in my heart…saddened by the news of Louise’s passing…I will cry often and miss this wonderful & kind women more than I could imagine. Sorry for her friends & Family for their difficult loss… will I shall pray for all of us😪 Loved you so much Louise 💞

I am so very sad to hear this news. Seeing Louise each summer was a highlight of my summer! She was always so thoughtful and giving of her time. She made the best desserts and sweet potato ham biscuits! What a kind and beautiful soul. She will be missed tremendously.

Louise was a very generous person and I will miss her. I remember the many nights she'd stay while my friend and I would play the slots. My prayers are with the family.
