LeQuan Golden

Minneapolis and Manteo –  LeQuan Golden, formally of Manteo, succumbed to a long illness in Minneapolis, Minnesota on January 3, 2014. Born in Elizabeth City on February 10, 1979,  LeQuan was a graduate of Buena High School, Sierra Vista, AZ and Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu (1895 Paris) Culinary Institute, Scottsdale, AZ.

Surviving LeQuan are parents Command Sergeant Major (Ret) Sharon D. Golden Of Sierra Vista, AZ and Arnold Blackmond of Manteo, NC; brother, Christian Burton of Currituck, NC and grandmother, Ida Golden of Manteo, NC as well as several aunts,  uncles, cousins and numerous other extended family members and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at Free Grace Church in Manteo on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 2 pm. Viewing one hour prior.  The committal and interment  will be held at Free Grace Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
