Kenneth Henry Waterfield, Jr.

Powells Point – It is with great sadness that the family of Kenneth Henry Waterfield, Jr. announces his passing, on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the age of 86 years.

Kenny was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth H. Waterfield and Lillian Gallop Waterfield; and his brothers and sisters, Martha Newburn, Eris Waterfield, Nile Waterfield, Naomi Marks, Margert Jones, and Bill Waterfield.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary; his sons, Ken and Mitch; daughters, Kim, Mary Kay, and Karen; his brothers, Sam Waterfield and George Waterfield; and by his three grandchildren, Haley, Sarah, and William.

A memorial service in honor of Kenny will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Powell’s Point Baptist Church, 8387 Caratoke Hwy 158 Powell’s Point NC 27966 with Pastor Jim Clark officiating. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Kenny to Powells Point Baptist church.
