Kathleen Schuckler Kosinski

Harbinger- Kathleen Schuckler Kosinski, “Cass” 87 of Harbinger, NC, formerly of North East, MD, died Sunday, November 19, 2017.

Born in Wilmington, DE, on December 6, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Catherine (Connell) Schuckler.  Mrs. Kosinski was the beloved wife of the late Alexander Kosinski.

Mrs. Kosinski started working at a young age as a telephone operator in Seaford, DE, moving on to different hospitals in Wilmington, DE, and retiring from Christiana Care, Newark, DE in 1992.

Mrs. Kosinski enjoyed gardening, reading, baking and sharing her recipes, and watching the Baltimore Orioles.  She also enjoyed feeding “pee-wee” the squirrel every morning.

Survivors include her children: Michael J. Kosinski (fiancé Kim Coakley) of Port Deposit, MD, Matthew J. Kosinski (fiancé Deb Colbert) of Monkton, MD, and Mary Kosinski Conley and husband Bennie of Harbinger, NC; grandchildren: Ryan, Amanda, Zachary, Kyle, Taylor, Katie & Hannah; great granddaughter: Brianna

All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to any veteran charity.
