Judy Ann Manor

April 9, 2023

Judy Ann Manor, age 81, of Nags Head, NC passed away on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023.  Born in Washington, DC on November 26, 1941 Judy was the daughter of the late Charles and Frances Fleet. She was also predeceased by her eldest daughter, Kathleen Gray.

A long-time resident of Nags Head, Judy enjoyed gardening, trivia contests, and had a soft spot in her heart for animals. Judy is survived by Charles Manor- her husband of sixty-six years; her daughter, Terry Brown (Clinton) of Nags Head, NC; her daughter Lynn Windsor of Lusby, MD; and her son, David Manor (Stephanie) of Delaware, OH.   She was Nana to eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The immediate family will hold a private celebration of Judy’s life at a future time. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Outer Banks SPCA, PO Box 2477, Manteo, NC 27954.  Please share condolences with the family at www.gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
