Johnie Leigh Beals King

Kitty Hawk – Mrs. Johnie Leigh Beals King, 88, of Kitty Hawk, NC, passed away on August 7, 2016.

She was born December 15, 1927, in Barco, NC. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Mary Sue Hines of Duck, NC.

Johnie is survived by her children, Nana Lynn Williams, Thomas A. King, and Sharon King Brinkley; grandchildren, Lechelle Williams, Donna Hanusik, Linda Austin, Joseph Saunders and Krystie Mitchell; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Nola Sue Mitchell.

A Graveside committal of her urn will take place at Austin Cemetery in Kitty Hawk, Friday, August 12, 2016 at 11:00am. Immediately following, friends may greet the family at the resident of Nana and Lechelle Williams in Kitty Hawk.
