John Wallace Forsythe

Avon – John Wallace Forsythe of Avon and originally of Pittsburgh, PA died May 14, 2015 at home unexpectedly. John served honorably in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. Survivors include his wife Patricia, a son Greg, a daughter, Kelly, and his grandchildren.

The family will host a memorial celebration Monday May 18, 2015 at 6:30 pm at Avon Pier. Burial will be private.
