John Lawrence Harich

Kill Devil Hills – John Lawrence Harich of Kill Devil Hills, NC took his place among the angels on March 21, 2015, and joined his cherished daughter Michelle Harich who proceeded him.  He was born in Washington, DC on June 21, 1947, where he spent most of his life.

In addition to his beloved wife, Patricia Allcox Harich, John is survived by his daughter, Melanie Mullaney, son, John Michael Harich, stepson, Shawn Zudal, stepdaughter, Melissa Zudal and 12 grandchildren, Austin Fisher,24, Allie Fisher,23, Payton Zudal,19, Cassidy Wyatt,19,Corrina Wyatt,17, Dakota Harich,16, Jacob Zudal,15,Taylor Mullaney,14, Caleigh Wyatt,10,Tara Zudal,  Riley Harich,8, and Zoe Harich,2, and took great pleasure in spending time with all of them.  He is also survived by his loving brother Fred Harich and sisters Barbara Golden and Darlene Witte.  He will be missed dearly by all of his family, friends, and neighbors.

A memorial service to celebrate John’s life will be held at the Gallop Funeral Services Chapel, 6917 S. Croatan Hwy., Nags Head, NC  on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 6:00 pm. The Reverend Albert I. Douglass will officiate.
