John Anthony Meana

John Anthony Meana of Kill Devil Hills, NC passed away on October 10, 2017. He was 65. Born in Annandale, VA, John was the son of the late Jack and Geraldine Meana. Besides his parents, John was predeceased by his brother, Gary Meana.

Left to hold his memory in their hearts is his wife Carolyn “Carrie” Meana of Kill Devil Hills, NC; his step-daughter Nikole Keaton (Jeromy) of Manchester, New Hampshire and her two children Fred and Jameson; his two brothers Mark Meana of Vienna, VA and Richard Meana (Alice) of Sterling, VA; his nephew, Michael Meana (Megan) and their daughter Sophia; and his niece, Kristin Martin (Brendan); and many good friends.

John’s ability to make people laugh will be missed most of all.

The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at the Holy Redeemer By the Sea Church in Kitty Hawk on Friday October 27, 2017 at 4 pm.  Father John Hanley, osfs,  presiding.
