Jeffrey Stephen Locker

Kitty Hawk – Jeffrey Stephen Locker, age 60, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in Kitty Hawk, NC.  He was born in Newark/Essex, New Jersey on November 3, 1956.  He was an executive at Digital Equipment Corporation and also at Manpower, before retiring.

He was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, son-in-law and friend!  Jeff loved life and had a passion for sports.  He loved to play golf.

He is survived by his wife Denise Moscatelli.  He is also survived by two brothers, John Locker and wife Susan, and Jimmy Locker and wife Deena.   He is son-in-law to Remo and Alice Moscatelli, brother-in-law to Steve and Teri Moscatelli, and uncle to Lauren Nguy, Melanie Wooldridge, Christina Moscatelli, and Meghan Locker.  He was also loving fur father to Biscuit and Maggie.

He is preceded in death by father John Anthony Walker and mother Jennie Rossi Locker.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 9 at 1:00 pm, at Still Waters Baptist Church, 100 E. Driftwood Street, Nags Head, NC, 27959.  Friends may greet the family one hour before service begins.  Reception immediately following the service at the church.
