Irma Kukkola Vogel passed peacefully at her Manteo sanctuary August 27, 2024. She was surrounded by love, art, flowers, plants, and family. Irma’s beloved daughters Jeanine and Barbara will honor their mother’s preference for cremation and their plans for a memorial gathering back home in Ohio are pending.
