Howard Leon Johnson
Howard Leon Johnson, 88, completed his earthly mission February 6, 2025 peacefully in Nags Head. Survivors include his two children Lorna Ernst, of Kitty Hawk, NC and Paul Johnson of Norfolk, VA as well as two grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
A full obituary is pending.
Mr. Johnson’s preference for cremation will be honored and the family will gather for a private memorial in West Virginia at at future time. Please share expressions of sympathy with the family at www.gallopfuneralservices.com .

So sorry to see this. Howard was a delight in our chair exercise class at the YMCA on Tuesday and Thursday.
You will be so missed Howard in our chair class - you always gave it 100%. I was so sorry to hear of your passing. Sending hugs to your family !
