Helen Marie Bates passed away peacefully July 10, 2023 at Currituck Health and Rehab in Barco, NC, Helen just celebrated her 88th birthday on July 7th. She is survived by her children, George Valentin, Jr., Elizabeth Valentin and Edward Valentin as well as many extended family members and friends.
