Frances M. McNeff

Kill Devil Hills – Frances M. McNeff of Kill Devil Hills, NC died December 15, 2016 in Nags Head. Mrs. McNeff was 89. She was born in Philadelphia, PA. Survivors include her sister Ruth Goodhart of Kill Devil Hills, and several other siblings and extended family members. He husband preceded her in death.Mrs. McNeff’s funeral and burial will take place in Pennsylvania- plans are pending and will be finalized through Decker Funeral Home in Warminster, PA.
