Manteo- Baby boy Elijah Blue Saunders was born and passed away January 1, 2018 in Nags Head, NC. Elijah’s survivors include his parents, Joyce L. Overton and Steven L. Saunders, Jr. of Manteo as well as a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members, and friends of the family.

Elijah’s parents and family will be honoring him privately and no services are planned.
