Kill Devil Hills- Elaine Evans, 85, of Spring Arbor passed away peacefully last night of natural causes. Her survivors include her daughter April Williamson of Kill Devil Hills, NC and her son, Crawford “Chip” Evans of Ocracoke and their families as well as other relatives and family friends. Elaine’s wishes for a cremation will be honored.
