Claude Edward Spencer, Sr.

Wanchese – Claude Edward Spencer, Sr., 73, of Wanchese, NC died July 21, 2015 in Swan Quarter, NC. Mr. Spencer was born in Norfolk VA and was a retired roofing contractor. He was preceded in death by his wife Lena Milici Spencer.

He is survived by three children, Claude E. Spencer, Jr. “Jeff” and wife Stephanie of Tarboro, NC, Diane Weatherford of Bellhaven, NC and Christopher D. Spencer and wife Neita of Jamesville, NC. Claude is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

At the request of Mr. Spencer, there will be no services scheduled. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cross Creek Health Care Activity Fund, 1719 Quarter Road, Swan Quarter, NC 27885.
