Clara Elizabeth Preece

Clara Elizabeth Preece, 50 died Friday May 18, 2007 at home surrounded by family in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.  Clara was born July 7, 1956 in England.   She was the daughter of the late Barnabos and Constance Farago.

Clara was the light of her husband John’s life for over 30 years.  Clara worked most of her adult life creating a loving home for John and their children in England and later in the United States.  John treasures the memory of Clara as his anchor and he as her rock.

Left to cherish the memory of Clara Elizabeth Preece is her husband John William Preece of England and  Kill Devil Hills, two sons Kevin Preece, Richard (Kristy) Preece and one daughter Maria Preece of England.  Clara also leaves six grandchildren and five sisters.

The family of Clara Elizabeth Preece will hold a celebration of her life on Sunday May 27, 2007 at 5 o’clock in the evening at the Third Street beach access in Kill Devil Hills. All who knew and loved Clara are welcome to join in support of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be forwarded to Dare Home Health & Hospice PO Box 1000, Manteo, North Carolina 27954.
