Bryan Norman Newbern

September 26, 2023

Bryan Norman Newbern, 37, of Powells Point, NC, passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2023. He was born on April 4, 1986, to parents William Norman Newbern III and Bonnie Jeanne Griggs.  Bryan was a self-taught mechanic who could often be found under the hood of a vehicle, turning wrenches. When his hands weren’t covered in grease, they were covered in dirt, as he enjoyed the thrill of being behind the handlebars of a dirt bike.

Bryan is predeceased by his father, William, and mother, Bonnie, his maternal grandfather, Allan, and paternal grandfather, Norman Jr. He is survived by his siblings, Ryan and wife Meggan, Ashley and husband Jonathon, Haley and fiancé Josh; paternal grandmother, Dora, and maternal grandmother, Ella; nieces Kyler and Lynlee; nephews Camden, Chandler, Noah and Tarren; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

No services are planned at this time. Please share condolences with the family at www.gallopfuneralservices.com.
