Amy Miller Sullivan
Kitty Hawk – Amy Miller Sullivan, 48 entered eternal rest with our Lord on December 8, 2015.
Amy was born May 29, 1967 in Phoenixville, PA to John R. Miller and Nancy S. Miller. She graduated from Phoenixville Area High School before attending Lynchburg College. Amy graduated cum laude with a degree in Special Education and was a member of the Kappa Delta Pi international honors society and the Concert Choir.
Amy and her husband, Daniel L. Sullivan, moved to the Outer Banks in 1994 and quickly called the area “home”. She was a voracious reader, an excellent cook and an avid beachgoer. Most importantly she loved people and she touched the lives of everyone she interacted with. She was devoted to her family and friends and dedicated to the Outer Banks community.
Amy is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Lanahan Sullivan, of 20 years; children, Grace Emily Sullivan and Ross Miller Sullivan; parents John R. Miller and Nancy S. Miller; sisters Patrice Miller-Ferko and Kristine Miller.
Friends and family may call from 6 PM – 8 PM Friday December 11, 2015 at Gallop Funeral Services in Nags Head, NC. The memorial service will be held Saturday December 12, 2015 at 10 AM at Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church.
