Selwyn Palmer

Mr. Selwyn Palmer has died in Chesapeake at the age of 94. His surviving family members include his three children Mark, David, and Beth and their families. The children will honor their father’s wishes for cremation and in keeping with his directives, the family will gather privately to honor his life.
