Robert Lee Bocks

Manteo- Robert Lee Bocks, age 76, died on March 15, 2013 at his residence in Manteo, NC. He was employed as an Overseer for Kotarides Bake Co. for 30 years. He was a sales representative for IBC Wonder Bread-Hostess for 11 years.

Robert is survived by his wife Peggy, his three sons, Robert of Spokane, Washington, Virgil (Mike) of Virginia, William (Dubby) of Kill Devil Hills, NC. He also has a daughter, Pam Rivera and her husband Joe of Smithfield, VA. Robert also had three step-daughters, Julie Hoopes and her husband Dave of Manteo, Crista Carmona of Nags Head, and Kathy Elliott and her husband Scott of Elizabeth City. He had numerous grandkids, nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 18, 2013 at 2 PM at the Gallop Funeral Services Chapel MP 16 in Nags Head. Reverend Steve Smith will officiate. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Gallop Chapel from 6pm to 8pm. Services will be conducted by Reverend Steve Smith.
Robert (Bob) Bocks was a loving father, step-father, grandfather, generous and a real great friend. Loved by many- he will be missed.
