Randolph D. Brenckman, Sr.

Southern Shores- Randolph D. Brenckman, Sr. died unexpectedly Sunday, November 17, 2013. Born July 23, 1926, he was the son of the late Lt. Col. Emil and Lillian Brenckman. He was predeceased by his wife, Elaine, and his brother, Lt. Col. Emil Brenckman II. Randy was a World War II veteran and proud graduate of Virginia Tech. Survivors include his children Linda and Charlie Wiedey, Randy and Kim Brenckman, four granddaughters, six great-grandchildren, and his dog Sandy.

Randy’s memorial service will be held Friday, November 22, 11:00 a.m. at the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 2199, 907 S. Croatan Hwy., Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948.
