Kill Devil Hills – Mary O’Connell of Spring Arbor died November 27, 2015  in Nags Head. She was 90. Her survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Tony O’Connell and Susan Cheney of Kill Devil Hills; 4 more sons, and two daughters and their families and four great-grandchildren.

A full obituary and plans for a memorial service is pending.
