Linda Armstrong Brickhouse

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Armstrong Brickhouse, who departed this life on December 13, 2025, at the age of 74. She was a beloved mother and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Born on July 9, 1951, Linda was known for her passion for fishing, hunting, and working in her flower garden. Throughout her life, she touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit.

Linda is survived by her two sons, Jody Brickhouse of the home and Steve Brickhouse, and his wife, Betty, of Currituck. Her grandson, Taylor Brickhouse; her granddaughter, Bryonna Brickhouse (Daniel) of Florida; and one step-grandson, Oliver Anderson of Florida. Also surviving are her brothers, Wayne Armstrong (MaryAlice) of Currituck; and Harry Edward Armstrong (Sharon) of Massachusetts; and two sisters, Lois Armstrong; and Joyce White both of Elizabeth City, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah Gertrude Armstrong and Harry Roosevelt Armstrong; her brother, Elton Russell Armstrong (Dick); and her sister, Thelma Carter.
