I know i am supposed to be happy that you are not in anymore pain but Pop i feel so lost right now. Pop i love you,and may GOD take care of you now. Miss you already and it aint even been a day since you left this place.

  9. Sure enjoyed our trip with Pittman Grove Baptist Church to see the The Promise Kept and going out to eat and you and your family coming to homecoming in September. What a blessing to have known Larry. Praying for the family.

Growing up he was always my favorite person to be around. He was always happy and larger than life too me, as I got older I lost touch be never stopped loving him. Larry Wayne Pittman

Larry Wayne Pittman, 78, of Camden, NC passed away peacefully at home October 29, 2025. Larry was a proud USMC Veteran disabled in the Vietnam War Era.

Larry is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Diana; his daughter, Beth Mcpherson (Eric) of Woodford, VA; his son, Jeff Pittman (Jennifer) of Grandy, NC; and stepchildren Adam Gray (Tracy) of Tyner, NC, and Eve Zareski (Nick) of Charleston, SC.  He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

No services are planned after the cremation per Mr. Pittman’s wishes. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services was entrusted with arrangements.
