Joseph Earl Ringer
Joseph Earl Ringer or “Butch” as he was affectionately known, transitioned to the light of the spirit world August 25, 2025 in Chesapeake, VA. Butch was 73 and a US Army Vietnam Veteran. His survivors include Kathy, his devoted wife of 30 years; his daughter PJ (husband Chuck); his son, Ricky (wife Chelsea); two cherished grandchildren, Karlee and Emma and a host of other relatives, extended family members, and loyal friends.

Butch’s preference for the simplicity of cremation will be honored and his celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 1 pm to 6 pm at a location to be announced in the near future. He was an Awesome boss, and you could always count on him to share his 40+ years of knowledge regarding Gov contracts.. He will surely be missed. God Bless Bossman
