James William Graham
James William “Jimmy” Graham, 69, of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, passed away on March 4, 2026. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Doug Graham, and brother Scott Graham.
He is survived by siblings, Robin Strocchia (Bob Howard), Mark Graham, Randy Graham (Sandy), and Sherry Smalley (Steve); sister-in-law, Tanya Barkley-Graham; nieces and nephews, Nick Strocchia, Matt Strocchia (Caroline), Chandler Smalley Girdwood (Scott), York Graham, Savannah Smalley Salgado (Mark), Graham Smalley (Lila), Brittany Graham, Cristian Graham, and Skyler Graham; and great-nieces and nephews, Frank Strocchia, Sloan Salgado, Wiley Girdwood, Banks Salgado, Harlow Girdwood and Hunter Strocchia.
Jimmy was a talented carpenter and devoted friend, who never hesitated to help others. He was always the life of the party and enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held in June, with details to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jimmy’s memory may be made to the Community Care Clinic of Dare https://www.dareclinic.org/donate/. Please share a message of comfort with the family at gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
