I am forever grateful for being treated like “family” during my time living and working among you all and am sincerely sorry for your loss.

Gary Gene Beasley, Jr.

Kill Devil Hills – Gary Gene Beasley, Jr., 53, of Kill Devil Hills, died Sunday, August 14, 2022 in Nags Head, NC following a long illness. He was the oldest son of Gene Beasley, Sr. and Linda Jackson (both deceased).

Gary is survived by his grandmother Edith Rogers Beasley of Colington; his brother James Clayton Beasley (Crystal), and sister, Lisa Beasley of Colington.  Gary leaves a son, Joshua Sawyer; a daughter, Tammi Richeson; and a step-daughter, Brittany Alyce Willis. Also surviving are Gary’s uncles, Carson Beasley and Lewis Beasley (Jane); his aunt; Sandra Beasley Outlaw; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Gary was a Colington native, commercial fisherman and drywaller.  He was known and liked by many people, and he will be missed. The family will honor Gary’s plans for cremation and there are no services planned at this time.  Expressions of sympathy and comfort may be shared via the on-line register at www.gallopfuneralservices.com.
