Debra Ann Turner
Kill Devil Hills- Debra Ann Turner, 57, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 24, 2017 of natural causes at her Kill Devil Hills residence. Debra was born in South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. She was proud of her Sioux- Lakota heritage.
Debra truly loved life, her husband, her children, her grandchildren and her family. May Debra’s spirit soar high as “Lakota Blubird.”
Debra’s survivors include her husband Tad Turner of Kill Devil Hills; her two sons, Doug Wyker (Jessica) and John Wyker (Katiana) all of Florida; two grandchildren, Blaine and Ashton also of Florida; many other family members; and her loving and loyal friends Barbara and Jack Neighbors of Kill Devil Hills.
Plans are pending for a celebration of Debra’s life. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation toward funeral expenses made care of Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. Nags Head.

Hey Mama Deb 😞❤️ We love and miss you. Remember that ultrasound you saw of your little granddaughter? Well she's now 7 yrs old. Autistic and,non verbal diagnosed at 3 years old.But today she said " I know Debra". Looking at our wedding album she pointed and said daddy mama and grandma, she's never seen your face but she pointed at you and said grandma ❤️ Love you❤️ thank you for still being with her
