Carol Ann Oliver

Avon – Carol Ann Oliver, 69, of Avon passed away unexpectedly on March 9, 2014 in Nags Head. She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Carl Colburn and the late Vera Steiner. She has called Hatteras Island her home for the last 30 years.

She is survived by daughter Dea O’Neal, her husband Frank O’Neal and their sons David O’Neal and Chad O’Neal of Avon; daughter Chris Micallef and her sons Kevin Micallef and Kyler Micallef of Kill Devil Hills; son Keith Oliver and fiance Diane Hassell of Buxton; a sister Veronical Rodriguez of Nags Head and her sons Billy Stafford of MD and Ronald Stafford of Nags Head; a brother Wayne Colburn of Nags Head; and three great grand daughters Jordyn, Lily, and Ayva.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2pm at St John’s United Methodist Church in Avon. Everyone is welcome to attend.
