Barbara Lynn Armstrong Snowden

Kill Devil Hills- Barbara Lynn Armstrong Snowden passed away April 8, 2013 in Manteo, NC. She was 49. Barbara was born in Baltimore, MD although she spent her last years of life in Kill Devil Hills, NC.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Edward Lee Phebus, two children, Jessica Helen Armstrong and Barry Edgar Wells, one grandson, Edward Joseph Maalouf, and her fiancee, Clyde Edward Cooper.

A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held in Rodanthe, NC at 23791 HWY 12 on Monday April 15, 2013 at 5:30 PM. All who cherished her presence in their life are welcome to attend.
