Amy was 62 and born in Alexandria, Virginia.  Those left to mourn her passing but celebrate her life include her husband W. Paul Niepling of the Kitty Hawk home; three daughters, Madison Niepling of Richmond, VA, Samantha Hoback (Hale) of Kill Devil Hills, NC, and Samantha Niepling of the home; two grandchildren,Willa and Wyatt Hoback and numerous extended family members and loyal friends.
