SEEKING LICENCED NC FUNERAL DIRECTOR
Independent, family funeral home in small desirable coastal community (housing and car provided) seeks a professional, licensed NC funeral Director to handle all aspects of funeral service including:
- Family conferences and arranging funerals, memorial services, ship-outs, and military services
- Attending funerals, memorials, visitations including weekends
- Removals and transports including holidays and weekends
- Prepare/proofread official documents, permits, authorizations
- Prepare, edit, order obituaries
- Coordination of cemetery, crematory, shipping, ME and vault arrangements
- Experience with office management including sales tax, Quickbooks and payroll desired
- Maintaining social media platforms
- Audio/visual technology experience
- Attending public events, conferences, and other public outreach activities
- Body preparation, dressing, casketing- embalming license desired but not required
- Crematory license highly desired. Training and licensure could be sponsored for right candidate
