LOCAL MINISTER EARNS CREMATORY LICENSE
Nags Head- Local Baptist minister, Richard Heath Jackson, 41, of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina has earned a professional certification for Crematory Operations through Dare County NC funeral home, Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. The Cremation Association of North America granted Jackson the certification in July, following his successful completion of rigorous training and passing a state license examination.
According to Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. founder and president Courtney N. Gallop, Mr. Jackson will assisting with operations of Capital Crematory of East Lake, NC- the first ever crematory ever located in Dare County. The crematory; owned by Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. supports the Nags Head based funeral home and also provides professional cremation services for other funeral homes in the Albemarle area.
