Edward L. Moore

June 28, 2023

We mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Eddie, a dedicated father, cherished friend, and skilled plumber, who passed away on June 28, 2023. With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to a man who left an indelible mark on the lives he touched.

Eddie was born on December 8, 1964. From an early age, it was clear that Eddie possessed a compassionate and caring nature. He found his true calling as a plumber, a profession that allowed him to help others and make a difference in their lives. Over the years, he became known for his expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to his craft.

However, above all else, Eddie’s love for his children was the driving force in his life. As a father, he was a shining example of selflessness and devotion. He showered his kids with boundless affection, guiding them with wisdom and offering unwavering support in their endeavors. His children were the center of his universe, and he worked tirelessly to provide them with a nurturing and loving home.

When Eddie wasn’t busy fixing pipes or spending time with his children, he found solace in the simple joys of life. He had a passion for fishing, often retreating to the peaceful ocean, where he could reconnect with nature and find tranquility. Eddie’s friends and family fondly remember his jovial spirit, infectious laughter, and the way he lit up a room with his presence.

Eddie’s legacy extends beyond his immediate family. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his friends and neighbors, offering his plumbing expertise whenever it was needed. His kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible impression on those who knew him.

Eddie is survived by his beloved children, Marie, Crystal, and Toby; as well as his grandchildren, Laila, Jayla, Amayah, Cara, Geneva, Ezra, and Samuel who will forever carry his love and memories in their hearts.

We gather to bid farewell to Eddie, a man who embraced fatherhood with unmatched passion, balancing his professional accomplishments with unwavering dedication to his family. Though his physical presence may be gone, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.

A visitation will be held 3-5pm, Sunday, July 2, 2023 at the Gallop Funeral Chapel in Barco, where friends and family will gather to honor Eddie’s memory. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no memorial services. Please share condolences with the family at www.gallopfuneralservices.com.

Eddie will forever remain in our hearts as a loving father, an exceptional plumber, and a true friend. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his legacy continue to shine brightly in the lives he touched. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
