Kill Devil Hills – Baby Khloe Rae Sills died Tuesday August 13, 2013 in Norfolk.

Khloe is survived by Donna Opal Sills; three brothers, Skyler, Elijah and Jacob Sills; and other loving family members including Ronnie and Eugene Mclawhorn and Lora and Richard Luce.

A memorial service will be held Monday August 19, 2013 7:15pm at Liberty Christian Fellowship in Colington.
