Robert Dennis Barfield

Point Harbor- Robert Dennis Barfield, 56 of Point Harbor passed away unexpectedly in Kitty Hawk Wednesday February 20, 2013.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Nancy Barfield; two sons, Jordan Barfield of Elizabeth City, NC, and Ryan Barfield of Sweden; two stepsons, Glenn Kjeldsen, Jr. of Grandy and Jacob Laycock of Nashville, TN; two sisters, Laura Glass and husband Glenn of Niceville, FL and Susie Padgette and husband, of Williamsburg, VA; one brother, Mike Barfield of Niceville, FL; one niece, Parrish Padgette of Williamsburg, VA, and one nephew, Justin Padgette, of Williamsburg, VA.

In Lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Currituck County Fire and EMS. Plans for a memorial service are pending at this time. Friends and visitors are welcome at the Barfield residence between the hours of 2 pm to 7 pm.
